We are the largest graduate recruitment awards in Singapore, and the benchmark for employer branding excellence on-campus! We count thousands of votes from undergraduates and fresh graduates each year, and present 18 highly-competed-for awards to recognise the most popular graduate recruiters in all of Singapore.
The Singapore’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers ranking is formed by student votes from universities across the country, as gathered via the annual Singapore Graduate Barometer. It is the largest and longest-running study on graduate recruitment trends in Singapore. Each year, the Singapore Graduate Barometer gives students the opportunity to share their needs and wants in their first jobs.
How are the rankings determined? Conducted at 24 local universities and institutions, more than 13,900 undergraduates and fresh graduates voted for their desired employers.
Survey respondents list down companies that are at the forefront of their mind, and ultimately name the number one organisation they wish to join on their career journey.
